The members of the Venice Symphony Guild met on October 5, 2011 at Historic
Spanish Point. They enjoyed lunch on the porch of White Cottage and were
entertained with period fiddle music played by Donna Smith, a member of the
Venice Symphony. Those present were updated on the progress of the Maestro
Steps Out Fashion Show, the cookie sales, and the next meeting which will be
on Wednesday, December 7. A lively and productive discussion regarding
details of the fashion show ensued. Tina Marquart led a tour of the Pioneer
Period of Historic Spanish Point following the meeting.
