FourThought Private Wealth To Sponsor The Venice Symphony’s Pre-Concert Talk Series

August 16, 2021 by sharyn

“Venice, FL – August 16, 2021 – The Venice Symphony is pleased to announced that FourThought Private Wealth will sponsor the Symphony’s popular 2021-22 Pre- Concert Talk Series. These informative and casual conversations with Music Director/Conductor Troy Quinn, musicians and guest artists are moderated by Joseph Caulkins, artistic director and conductor of Sarasota’s Key Chorale. The 30-minute talks are free to the public and scheduled to take place before every Venice Symphony concert at the Venice Performing Arts Center. You do not need a concert ticket to attend the talks.

“Supporting The Venice Symphony is the perfect blend of our corporate mission, our clients’ cultural interests, and our commitment to the community in which we live and work,” said Scott Pinkerton, Senior Manager and Planning Partner at FourThought. “We look forward to the Venice Symphony’s return to live performances in November and the exciting concert season ahead.”
“Scott Pinkerton is a long-time supporter and friend of The Venice Symphony with strong ties to the Venice area,” said Christine Kasten, President/CEO of The Symphony. “We are excited about this new partnership with FourThought that allows us to offer this popular series free of charge to concert patrons and the public.”

After postponing its 2020-21 season to 2021-22, The Venice Symphony returns to the Venice Performing Arts Center with its season premiere, Brahms and the Boys, on November 19, 2021. Season tickets and packages are available now. Individual concert tickets go on sale on October 4, 2021. The season is sponsored by Gulf Coast Community Foundation and paid for in part by the Sarasota County Tourist Development Tax.

Founded in 1974, The Venice Symphony is a 501 (c)(3) professional orchestra of accomplished musicians, deeply rooted in its community. The Symphony is also a leader in youth music education. For tickets and information, call 941-207-8822. More information is available at thevenicesymphony.org.
