Since 2017, the Venice Symphony’s Musician Host Program has been one of the best “behind the scenes” stories at the orchestra. Hosts provide a “home away from home” experience to visiting musicians who fill their homes with music. The experience often leads to long-term friendships with many musicians returning year after year to their host family. The Symphony matches hosts and musicians based on a detailed application.
